My final day of convention started off by attending the class “I Am Making Money”. Pam Morgan did not just talk about the usual career plan but used other demonstrator’s tips on how to take advantage of the performances bonuses. What struck me was focusing on your strengths. Then I was off to the “I am Doing Business “My Way”. Bonnie Thurber as always was funny and introduced the two speakers – Tami White and Ronda Wade – who both shared some great business tips and class ideas. I can’t wait to work some of those into my business.
We picked up our lunches under these canopies of ribbon and white lights. I love all the little detail that Stampin’ Up! puts into these events.
Here is our photo op with the chalk board backdrop.
During the final closing session, we all received a free stamp set to help us go out and sell the cute set that benefits the Ronald Mc Donald House Charities. Three dollars from every set sold go straight to RMDH! Check it out on the back inside cover of the new catalog. If that wasn’t enough, we also received another free stamp set right in the closing minutes–Mixed Medleys, which goes with the new small scallop circle punch in the 2012 Holiday catalog.
I love Convention!! You will have to join me next year for Stampin Up!’s 25th Anniversary! It’s going to be out of this world!!
After heading back to the hotel for a bit we capped off our final evening with dinner at Squatters Pub.
Cindy and I had a drink called the stumbling missionary! It was a very yummy drink with rum.
Then we had to have our gelato from the best place ever. Settebello has the best pizza too (the gelato place is connected next door)!
I couldn’t make up my mind, so I chose two flavors – coconut and lemon biscotti. So delicious!
