Halloween Hello Spinner Card

I haven’t made a spinner card in quite a while.  I cannot find a tutorial to give you the proper instructions but there is a small piece of thread (or you can use fishing line) to get the bat to “float” in the opening.  Before you close the card you should spin the bat and close the card quickly.  That way, when the receiver actually opens the card, the bat will spin for them. It definitely gets a lot of Ooohs and Aaahs!
