Last night was the GSGLA’s Silver Award Ceremony (North region’s). Four of my Girl Scouts (my daughter included) were awarded with their Silver Award pin. The Girl Scout Silver Award is the highest award a Cadette can earn. The Girl Scout Silver Award represents a girl’s accomplishments in Girl Scouting and in her community as she grows and works to improve her life and the lives of others. To earn the Girl Scout Silver Award, your project must be a minimum of 50 hours.
I used the Twisty Treat Kit (2014 Sale-a-Bration, this item is no longer available), slipped a box inside and filled it with Hershey Kisses and the Girl Scout Silver Award patch. Very simple but a little little token of how proud I am of their accomplishments.
