Happy Hump day, we are half way to the weekend! Are you done with your holiday shopping? I am just about there, all I have left are little things for stockings. Ok, let’s get down to business with my share for today, I used the Warm Hearted hostess stamp set found in the Holiday Catalog and used the Kraft Pillow Boxes to create this cute gift. Yes, I made it for my demonstrator meeting that was held back in October but never got around to sharing it!
This beautiful card was created by Tricia Hicks from our demonstrator meeting that was held back in October.
Welcome back to a new week, friends, Monday sure comes around way to quickly over here…but then again, when doesn’t it?! Today’s share if my swap card I made while attending last month’s OnStage event in Orlando. My demonstrator group held an organized swap and I knew I wanted to do something fun with the So Santa stamp set found on page 23 of the Holiday Catalog. I had sand that I collected for a project that I never got around to using, so I turned my card into a shaker. The sand is from my local favorite beach located just north of me in Ventura, Calif.
Happiest of Fridays, friends! When I attend these events, I love to put together a special gift for my friend/roommate. As Stampin’ Up! celebrated their 30th anniversary, their logo was a beautiful floral motif and I knew that I would somehow use it. I am pretty impressed with how it all came together, if I do say so myself!
Here is the gift bag that is “dressed up”!
Now for the contents of the bag! I ordered the recruit folders that are available to demonstrators. I cut off a portion on the top and scored from each end to create four pockets.
The left over piece was perfect to score and attach a Post-it pad!
This was super fun to make with the Apron Builder dies. I did use a retired stamp set as I did not have a current floral set that would work.
Here is the folder all closed up.
I made a paper snip holder and paced that on the left pocket. On the right pocket, it has a 2019 easel desk calendar (sorry no picture – I forgot to take one).
Here on the left I made a 5 x 7 covered notepad with the Statement of the Heart sentiment and on the right side, there is a pen and Hershey’s chocolate bar covered in DSP.
Here is a close up of the paper snip fabric holder.
Hello, friends! I wanted to share with you my my shoebox swap for this year’s annual demonstrator Christmas party. I used the Piece of Cake stamp set that will be available in the upcoming Occasions Catalog beginning January 3, 2019. This stamp set is on page 18 and is bundled with the coordinating Cake Builder punch, keep in mind that if purchased together as a bundle you save 10%!
Happy Hump day, friends! We are half way through the week! Each year my demonstrator group meets in November or early December and we hold our annual Christmas Party with a potluck, shoebox swap, play a silly game, and exchange a handmade gift. This was my gift bag this year, I always change it up, so nobody knows who brought what gift!
Want to see what was inside? While I made several of these for gifts back in June, I have been addicted to making the interchangeable “O”. My friend and fellow demonstrator Sheila won this gift!
One of the best things about OnStage is it gives us all a chance to meet up each year. I love my demonstrator friends! I was able to meet many that I’ve only been connected with through social media, and I made even MORE new friends (from all over the world!).
We’ve been so spoiled! This was just the loot from check-in. We received a whole lot more too!
This event was super special because we celebrated Stampin’ Up! being 30 years old. It’s hard to believe it’s been that long. In fact, I celebrated my 13th anniversary with SU back in August.
The table decorations are always fun to see! This year we had about a 3 hour break to eat lunch and stamp projects each day.
Welcome back to a new week, friends, I hope your weekend was grand! I am back to regular blogging, at least I hope so. 🙂 I have so much to get caught up on in the crafting world and will be sharing lots with you all, so hang on for a fun ride!
Today’s share I am going a totally adorable make n’ take card was created by Whitney Watkins for our demonstrator meeting that was back in October. The “wreath” was made using a template on the Stamparatus….genius!!
Happy Hump day friends, we are half way to the weekend! Today marks the end of my demonstrator group’s “Pre-Order Holiday Catalog Card Swap”. Unfortunately, there was no name on this swap card and I cannot give credit where credit is due (so sad, as it one of my favorites in these shares)! The Wishing You Well stamp set can be found on page 35 of the Holiday Catalog.
