Welcome back to a new week, friends, I hope your weekend was grand! At our last demonstrator’s meeting, Whitney Watkins demonstrated Patty Bennett’s pop-up card. This card is so much fun! Patty has a video and tutorial on her blog that was posted on July 24, 2019.
Cheers to Friday, friends! How did your week go? It was a short but extremely busy one at work, glad the weekend came around quick! Let’s get down to business with today’s magical card, it was created by Joyce Boylan for our recent demonstrator meeting. She used the netting from Under the Sea dies and the fish were die cut then we used the negative piece to sponge onto the cardstock. These dies can be found on page 197 of the Annual Catalog. The mermaid was created with watercolor pencils and once dried, I did a quick brush with the Wink of Stella pen for a shimmery effect on her tail. Stunning in real life!
Happiest of Fridays, friends! This masculine yet totally adorable card was created by Robin Castagnola, made with the Time For Tags hostess stamp set, found on page 206 of the Annual Catalog.
Today is our daughter’s 18th birthday! I remember the day that I gave birth and from that moment on, she stole our heart! She has become a remarkable young lady and we couldn’t be any prouder!
Since I will be at work most of the day, I prepared some little surprises that will last all day! Thank you Paper Pumpkin, as I felt a little crunched for time to create her a special birthday card. I used the March 2019 – Poppin’ Birthday kit.
Happiest of Fridays, friends! This totally adorable card was created by Robin Castagnola, made with the Time For Tags hostess stamp set, found on page 206 of the Annual Catalog. It looks like a slice of Neapolitan cake/ice cream and so yummy!!! This is such a versatile stamp set!
Happy Hump day, we are half way through the week! This gorgeous masculine card was created by Whitney Watkins. Many of the The Come Sail Away Suite were used and can be found on pages 144-146 of the Annual Catalog.
Oh Monday, you beast…always rolling around way too fast! Today I am back to work…wish me luck! How about another birthday card that I made recently using the Life is Grand stamp set found on page 17 of the Occasions catalog. It sure won’t take much to put a smile on someone’s face with this bright and cheerful card!
Welcome back to a new week, friends, I hope your weekend was grand!! I am making great strides in my recovery…I can now get dressed on my own, sit on the potty without the booster/riser, walk with a cane and I even got behind the wheel of my car and drove a few blocks to the market. It’s the little things!!!
Ok, let’s get down to business with today’s card share using the Birthday Cheer stamp set found on page 17 of the Occasions Catalog. You can never have too many birthday cards on hand!
Happy Hump day, we are half way to the weekend! I am still recovering at home and going a little stir crazy (aka cabin fever)!! Each day gets a little bit better with walking and just getting around in general, however, I still cannot sit in a chair for longer than an hour (plus)…yes, I have and paid the price dearly for it lately!
I wanted to share with a card that I made last month (prior to my surgery) and it is so colorful and sure to indulge your sweet tooth! It is from the How Sweet It Is bundle found on pages 14-15 of the Occasions Catalog.
Cheers to Friday!! While I am recovering at home now, here is another simple but fun card. I love the bright colors, they sure pop off the page, don’t they?! Please know that I have several posts scheduled and have not been in my craft room since prior to my surgery! (smile)!!
